I took my Jaguar E-Type there on the 7th January 2020 for a routine service, as of the 22nd August 2020 the vehicle is still not ready. Every week I call for an up-date, there is nothing but excuses. Customer service is sub-standard. Costly damage has been caused to the vehicle too, both externally and internally. Customer service and workmanship is is completely sub-standard. John the mechanic discredits John and Arthur says the same about John. My family and I have used this garage for several years, however in the last twelve months, its a complete shambles. Only take your car here if you have an life time to wait and want your property to be dis-regarded. My Legal Team will be in dialogue with AF Tuning for many months to come.
