Dana Whiteland5 StarI can't recommend Autotechnic Sheffield enough. I had an issue with my Audi window that left me in the unusual position of not being able to put my convertible roof up! Thankfully Ross and team at Autotechnic were so helpful and accommodating. They were able to provide a provisional quote for me which I really appreciated. I know this is hard to do when the issue hasn't been fully diagnosed - but the hypothetical quote and conversation made me feel much more relaxed.
The garage is super clean and organised. Staff are friendly and everyone acknowledges you if your paths cross.
Ross went above and beyond for me too - going to collect the part for my car in his own time over the weekend so that I would be able to get my car back on the Monday.
Everything about the job has been commendable. It's not often you come away from a garage (especially after spending a lot of money on car repairs you could really do without!) wanting to shout from the rooftops about the service - yet this is how the experience made me feel.

They take pride in their work and I have full faith in the service they carried out on my car. Ross and his Dad are very knowledgeable and there is no daft question to ask them. They make the time to listen to any have issues with your car.

Stuart Horton5 StarHad a problem with the clutch on my VW Tiguan - over the course of a couple of months I took it to 4 other mechanics/garages whose fixes only lasted a week or so - Autotecnic were the only ones who got to the route cause of the problem and got me back on the road. Thanks Bob, got home safely without any issues and clutch is still feeling good. And totally agree that the workshop is the neatest I've ever seen!Monday 4th March 2024
