We also have direct digital links to your vehicle’s online service history and this will be updated and maintained by German Autocentre at each service interval.

Brilliant garage !! The people there are fantastic and honest. I haven’t trusted any garage for the 40 years I have owned cars but this one is trustworthy in every way. I am not from Sheffield and it means travelling by bus and train to pick up/drop off the car but it’s well worth it knowing my car is in very good hands. Thanks to all the people who work there. Mark

This was my first time using German Autocentre in Sheffield, they were recommended by my son. They did a full service and first MOT on my A class. The service was great. Staff very polite and informative. A special mention to Abbey who was on reception. Very polite and welcoming young woman and when I picked my car up the young man who dealt with me was the same ( sorry I don’t recall his name ) I was informed that they were connected to the Mercedes service site which is great as it re sets all service info on the Mercedes Me app. Lastly it was a great price too. About half that main dealer would charge. A big thank you to all at German Auto Centre. I will definitely use again.

Outstanding service from this garage. From booking in to leaving with a serviced vehicle the process was seamless 👍. Prices are amazing, the waiting area is top notch providing drinks and the best show playing on the TV for us petrol heads "top gear". Sarah and Jen are fantastic at what they do and the techs certainly know the way around a German car 👍. Thanks guys, happy customer that will be returning for sure!!

So, this is a second review I've written and it's drastically improved. We had a couple of issues with the car which weren't spotted at their initial inspection. Wade the sales director was extremely helpful. He picked the car up from my house and left us with a courtesy car until the issues were resolved. Overall, really happy with the car. Wade seemed extremely genuine and you could tell by the level of communication and service he provided, that he cares about the quality of the vehicles they sell.

I had never used German Autocentre before and was slightly hesitant to book my older car into a garage that deals with much newer and more expensive cars. Really pleased with the service and MOT, no unneeded extras added on and communication great. Would recommend and will be using again.
