We took our car in for a problem with the exhaust which was emitting black smoke. From start to finish we found the communication terrible and the process extremely stressful. He consistently promised timeframes which he was unable to keep for one excuse or another. Once he had an idea of what the issue was he confirmed that it would be sent on to another garage to have the works done but nearly a week later it still had not been sent. Reason being ‘it is what it is’. We were left without our car for 3 weeks which we both need to commute for work so ended up racking up more costs in hiring a car to get to work to avoid 5 hour daily commutes. Very limited to no replies from the garage during this time. Honestly very disappointing and unprofessional service as the reviews were great. If you actually need your car don’t bother sending here.

Superb service. Really friendly bunch of lads and got the work done on my car in good time. Didn't feel like I was ripped off and seemed very reasonable for the work done. Highly recommend and will be likely to return. James is brill.

Finally a place I can take my Alfa Romeo with out a mechanic moaning at me. The guys where happy to do all work requested, I can't recommend them highly enough. When the bill was mounting up they kept in contact to make sure I was happy to proceed not just presuming, all work done to a high standard and quickly too. My car drives like a brand new car I'm so happy thankyou guys

Outstanding service at an affordable price. I needed to change my spark plugs, and they not only did an excellent job with that but also took the initiative to adjust my tire pressure and perform a diagnostic check due to the illuminated check engine light, all for free. I highly recommend their services. I can’t remember the guy that worked on my car (IJK he was going to the gym after work).
