Erni1 StarAvoid this garage. Paid for a full service and they barely looked at the car and topped up fluids.
They spotted a broken coil spring and delivered the car back. Took it to my local garage to fix and they spotted a few more issues that should all have been highlighted by the full service based on the list of checks Jupiter was meant to run (as advertised on bookmygarage).
Obviously unhelpful on the phone. Left feeling this was a scam.Friday 3rd May 2024
kunj jani1 StarI booked my car servicing trough a website at this garage. Once I got my car serviced from which I was very unsatisfied the owner tellls me we don’t open and check your car we just do the thing which you selected online as this was my first time giving the car for service all this should have been explained before taking the car by the owner and I would be ready to pay extra if any replacements or extra servicing is needed.
I understand they might be busy but this is no way to treat a customer overall would recommend to find any other garage.Monday 25th March 2024

Carl Siddall1 StarBooked a full service through BOOK MY GARAGE, I suspect I got an oil & filter change and windscreen fluid top up.
No tick sheet to show anything been done, 12 days after having this "full service" warning light has come on for brake wear, with minimal driving done.
Funny nothing said about anything on the vehicle. Just what do you get for a full service these days?
Pay for what you get.
**UPDATE 22/1/2024**
Have taken the rear brake pads off and they have minimal wear remaining on them, this should have been picked up on the full service I had, I also looked at the sump, and I'd say this has not been drained either although a new oil filter has been put on. I have my own thoughts on what's happened.
