Absolutely disgusting, took my van it was running rough when cold on low revs, they had it over a week, I phoned 3 days in a row for an update, only to be told he would ask the lad working on it and would phone me straight back but never did. In the end they told me to collect my van as they couldn't figure it out, They charged me £150 to not repair it, they had theories as to what it could be, but for some reason never checked what it could be, just gave me my van back. I took it to them for a full diagnostic and repair. Upon collecting my van I was told to walk out the compound, walk down to the bottom of the industrial estate and my van was parked down there. Absolutely disgusting, I am definitely contacting traiding standards. Now my van worse than ever, sounds absolutely terrible and worse than when I dropped it off. Absolutely fuming the way I have been treated.

I honestly thought it wasn't going to be a great experience. The price quoted was actually more than the Independent Land Rover Specialist I normally use but they couldn't get me in until January, plus I arrived as requested at 8.30am was kept waiting an hour. However, they did exactly as promised they took my car that morning and repaired it and I was driving it home 3 hours later. It was a friendly service and I would not hesitate to recommend or use again. It really was a lifesaver and I am well impressed. Many, many thanks.

Luke and the lads are amazing, saved my Christmas. Timing belt went on my car, rang Luke he said recovery truck could drop my car off. That was on 18/12, picked my car up on the 22/12 and now works perfectly. I highly recommend these lads, not just auto electricians

Used to be good but now very unreliable. Not prompt and mess your car up instead of fixing. Car simply needed some codes diagnosing, removing and DPF mapping out. I was going on holiday at the time so left the car for a good month. Came back to hear nothing has been done and to give him a few more days. Finally came to pick up the car a few days later to find a new map that was put on car causing the car to severely under boost, no power and fuel economy gone shocking. The codes were still present. He said that my EGR cooler is cracked hence the codes. Took the car to the garage, they did leak tests and found no such thing. Took it back to get it re-diagnosed after telling him car is under boosting and not driving right just to have the same issues and another £150 fine into his pocket for his diagnosis. Luke’s getting worse and worse! Stay far away and don’t even bother getting your car mapped from him. We have been regular customers but will avoid.
