The only garage I'll use. Stef is honest and hard working, always gives you a call for permission to perform any unexpected work (rather than doing it and presenting a bill without your knowledge), is completely honest about what aspects can wait until next time or what he feels would be unsafe to leave etc. It's just him so you know exactly who is working on your car, and he actually books you in so you know when you drop your car off, that he'll be working on yours rather than leaving it in the car park for days on end like I've had at some others. The only thing I'll have done elsewhere is laser tracking as Stef does it manually and my car is a little fussy since it was in an accident. But he advised me to maybe try somewhere more specialised, and didn't charge me when his technique failed. You really feel like Stef won't take advantage of you, and it's a friendly place to go and comfortably leave your car with him. Not planning on going anywhere else for general repairs, servicing, MOTs etc while he's open.

We bring all 3 of our VW's plus a couple of other family members vehicles at least once a year for pre MOT checks, servicing and repairs. Always offers an honest, fair price and doesn't mess you around with getting the work completed like a lot out there. Would definitely recommend.
